Brock Felt
Mr. Felt is a serial entrepreneur. He has launched businesses in health, software,
consulting services, data science, risk management, e-commerce, lead generation,
product development, real estate, and online acquisition.
In 2001 Mr. Felt co-founded the Award Winning Marketing Agency FAME. LLC (Felt
Advertising & Marketing Enterprises) with Bruce Whiting of Law.com (and 2002 House
of Representatives Congressional Candidate) and Incubate.com, a startup accelerator
with mammothmedia.com, Kaibab industries, and others. Through his endeavors at
FAME, Mr. Felt acquired nationwide contracts for strategic launches and business
development with Big O Tires, Papa John’s, Papa Murphy’s, Delta Airlines, Chili’s,
T.G.I.Fridays, and countless others businesses. This model was acquired by Groupon
was formed and grew to be a multi billion dollar multi-national company.
In 2005 Mr. Felt created a strategic partnership with Kevin Harrington from ABC’s hit
show Shark Tank, and his company TVGoods, now AsSeenOnTv.com. Through this
unique partnership they were able to launch brands and products with George
Foreman, 50Cent, Vanilla Ice, Hulk Hogan, HSN.com, QVC.com, Target.com. He
currently serves on other boards, has 4 children, and a World Record.

Brigham Mayer
Brigham Mayer is a seasoned construction executive with more than two decades of experience delivering multifamily, student housing, and luxury residential projects across the country. A licensed General Contractor in Utah and Idaho, he has held leadership roles with Mogul Capital, Redstone Residential, and Utah Property Management Associates, overseeing multimillion‑dollar developments, renovations, and tenant improvements. His expertise spans project delivery, CPM scheduling, quality control, and risk management, consistently guiding projects to completion under budget and ahead of schedule.
Throughout his career, Brigham has directed complex projects ranging from modular workforce housing in Jackson Hole to large‑scale student housing renovations in Provo and Muncie, Indiana. He has also managed luxury custom home builds in Park City and Deer Valley, navigating unique architectural and engineering challenges.
Brigham is recognized for his exceptional skill in sourcing materials directly and negotiating favorable terms, enabling him to deliver projects under budget. His ability to negotiate effectively has consistently produced strong results, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Outside of work, Brigham treasures time with his growing family. He and his wife have raised five children, now joined by two children‑in‑law and their first granddaughter. He enjoys BYU football and basketball, playing pickleball with family, and embracing every season of life together.

Ryan Steuart
Ryan Steuart is a CPA (licensed in the state of Utah) with 20+ years of experience in audit, tax, and corporate finance, He provides fractional CFO and controller services, SEC and PCAOB audit and financial reporting expertise, for companies in construction, real estate, and manufacturing industries.
Ryan has extensive experience working with Not-for-Profit organizations both as an auditor and as an Interim CFO, most recently with the Utah Food Bank. Ryan's approach is practical, collaborative, and designed to deliver measurable results that improve financial reporting, compliance, and overall business/organization performance.
