REFUND POLICY & TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 All ticket purchases for events hosted by A Village for Bob (Nonprofit ID #88-3569848) are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that this event is a charitable fundraising gala. All meals, seating, and event-related arrangements are confirmed in advance based on the number of tickets sold. Accordingly, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend.

Tickets are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to another guest upon prior written request and approval by A Village for Bob, at its sole discretion. All transfer requests must be submitted before the event date to [insert email address].

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, venue changes, or event rescheduling, A Village for Bob reserves the right to modify event details without obligation to provide refunds.

To the extent permitted by law, the purchase of a ticket may be considered a charitable contribution. 

The deductible portion, if any, is limited to the amount paid in excess of the fair market value of goods and services received (including meals and entertainment). Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding deductibility.

A Village for Bob reserves the right to deny admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
